Open a Customer Account

Use this form to open a customer account with ProMart. Account opening takes 1–2 business days.

Opening a billing account for a company requires a positive credit decision. We will check the company’s credit information through the Suomen Asiakastieto system, and confirmation of the account opening will be completed with an electronic signature by a person authorized to sign on behalf of the company. To prevent misuse, opening a billing account requires strong authentication.

If you do not want a billing account, the available payment methods in our online store are online banking, credit card, Google Pay, and Walley account and installment payment, and in ProMart stores, card payment.
