The delivery time for our stock products is 1–4 business days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time is approximately 1 week. In such cases, the delivery time should be confirmed with customer service. We always strive to deliver as quickly as possible. We will contact customers by email or phone as soon as possible if we notice that the delivery time will be longer than usual.

Account and invoicing options are intended for business customers who have separately agreed on the payment method with a ProMart Oy sales representative or customer service.

Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. Flexibility and freedom of choice – pay all at once or in installments, at your own pace

Invoice and account credit give you more time to pay for your online purchases. By using them, you can wait for your order to arrive before making the payment. You can pay either in full by invoice or in smaller installments through account credit, allowing you to pay the monthly amount that suits you best and spread the payment over up to 36 months.

Free payment time with invoice – safe and easy shopping

With an invoice, you always get 30 days of interest-free payment time for your online purchases. The long payment period allows you to check your purchase and return it if necessary before the invoice due date.

To use the payment period, you need a positive credit decision, which can easily be applied for during the purchase process. You can apply if you are at least 18 years old and have a Finnish personal identity code and a permanent, official home address in Finland. Your credit information will also be checked in the register of Bisnode Finland Oy.

This payment method can be used for purchases up to €5,000.

Once you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase, you will receive the invoice for your purchase by email. If you want to pay the invoice in smaller installments and with a payment schedule that suits you better (1–36 months), you must enter into a revolving credit agreement with Norion Bank AB by logging into My Pages at my.walley.fi. When signing the credit agreement, you will be granted a credit limit that can be used for future purchases in accordance with the credit terms.

If you have a valid credit agreement, by the due date you only need to pay the minimum amount stated on the invoice you received, but you may also pay a larger amount if you wish. After that, you will receive a monthly account statement by email until the credit has been paid in full. You may also repay your credit at any time in larger installments than the minimum amount stated on the account statement.

Credit costs and example: Promotional terms apply in the ProMart online store, according to which the interest rate on account credit is 19.2% as a nominal annual interest rate, and the monthly fee is €2.95 per month (€3.80 on the first invoice). If the granted credit limit is €1,000 and it is used in full for purchases made in the ProMart online store, and the credit is repaid over 36 months, under the applicable promotional terms the effective annual percentage rate is 28.6%, the total credit cost is €403, the total amount payable is €1,403, and the number of installments is 36. Statutory reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest for the overdue period, will be charged for late payments.
