BioComb Clean House facade cleaner

BioComb Puhdas Talo is a biodegradable cleaning agent designed for maintenance cleaning of buildings and structures. An ideal product for facades when repainting is not yet needed, but the surfaces require cleaning. Puhdas Talo cleans surfaces soiled by microbial growth, soot, exhaust fumes, and grease.

SUITABLE FOR: Facades, fences, and garden furniture. Also suitable for translucent roofing panels.

APPEARANCE: Clear liquid

DILUTION: 1 part concentrate to 4 parts water. For heavily soiled surfaces, use a stronger solution.

COVERAGE: Approx. 5–7 m2 / 1 L of ready-to-use solution. Coverage depends on the level of soiling on the surface.

STORAGE: No special storage instructions. The product does not expire, and freezing will not damage it.

BEFORE TREATMENT: Brush off loose debris and any growth that comes off easily from the surface.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Apply the solution to the surface from the bottom up using a low-pressure sprayer, sponge, or brush. Let the solution sit briefly, brush the surface, and rinse clean. Washing/rinsing can also be done carefully using a pressure washer.

AFTER TREATMENT: Repeat the treatment if necessary.

CLEANING TOOLS: Wash tools with water and soap.
