CG PROFiSEAL bitumen sealant 310 ml, bitumen mastic

PROFiSEAL® BITUM FIBERTEC ALL SEASON is a 1-component, fiber-reinforced rubber bitumen compound for year-round sealing and bonding outdoors. It is specially developed for felt roofing, bitumen membrane, asphalt, and other bitumen-containing demanding installation, repair, and maintenance work where a cold-applied (no heating required) rubber bitumen compound is needed. Contains solvents. Wide application temperature range during installation: -12°C to +50°C. Suitable for winter installation.

Examples of applications:

• In addition to bitumen surfaces, also seals, fills, and joints gaps on e.g. brick, wood, concrete, plaster, and sheet metal surfaces (steel sheet, copper, zinc, aluminum)
• Quick repair sealing of cracks, holes, and breaks on felt roofs and other bitumen membrane surfaces
• For sealing connection joints around chimneys, roof penetrations, and roofing materials

Limitations of use:

• Not suitable for solvent-sensitive building materials such as EPS, XPS, and polyurethane insulation boards
• In uncertain cases, always perform a compatibility test on a small area before final use
