CG PROFiSEAL FSA Acryl PLUS 310 ml white, firestop acrylic

PROFiSEAL® FSA ACRYL PLUS firestop acrylic sealant (joints and penetrations) is an ETA / CE-approved firestop acrylic sealant that prevents and slows the spread of fire and smoke gases through joints, openings, and various building service penetrations in fire-rated compartment walls and floors. Maintains the designed acoustic properties of structures. After application, it cures into an elastic sealant (12.5%). Suitable for most building surfaces such as concrete, brick, Leca, steel, wood, gypsum, glass, PVC, and most non-porous surfaces. In the event of fire, it expands to form a durable, carbon-faced fire-protective seal. Installed with a suitable backing material such as mineral wool or PROFiSEAL® FSA Backing packing wool, which defines the correct sealant thickness. Minimum depths and maximum widths are specified in separate installation instructions and detail drawings. The sealant is thermally activated at approximately 180°C, at which point it expands and chars, forming a surface that prevents the spread of fire and smoke gases for up to more than 4 hours. Service life 30 years. Emicode EC1 Plus indoor air classification (very low emissions). ISO 10140-2:2010 sound insulation ? 62 dB (12 mm deep joint).
