Familiarg DW-A50 is a high-quality rutile flux-cored wire that runs with a smooth, stable arc and produces excellent welds in all welding positions. The wire is suitable for both fillet and butt joints on C-Mn steels with a yield strength of up to 420 MPa. DW-A50 is easy to use, generates minimal spatter, and offers exceptionally good slag release—saving time and improving productivity.

High-quality root welding is achieved when used together with a ceramic backing, and the wire delivers high productivity along with very good mechanical properties, including low hydrogen content.
