SE1000 Seismic is an ETA Option 1 approved, two-component pure epoxy resin suitable for fastening bolts, studs, and rebars. The product is recommended for professional use.
SE1000 is suitable for demanding and safety-critical applications with high load requirements. The adhesive is also well suited for deep installations. The extended curing time is beneficial for installations in deep drill holes and in warm installation conditions.
Ideal for post-installed rebar in structural fixings. Suitable for damp and water-filled drill holes, overhead installations, and diamond-drilled holes. Exceptionally good chemical resistance.
SE1000 is styrene-free and low-odor, with seismic performance category C1/C2. Fire resistance tested to class F120, low VOC content A+, NFS certified for contact with drinking water.
Store an opened cartridge with the mixing nozzle attached. Replace the mixing nozzle before continuing use.
One mixing nozzle for the SE1000 cartridge is included. Also available: manual IPU 385/585 dispenser (code 9640072648) and IPU 385/585 PI pneumatic dispenser (code 9640072692).
The material of the stud or rebar determines the suitable conditions of use: ZN for dry indoor areas and temporary outdoor use, KZN and stainless steel A2 for dry and damp indoor areas and outdoor use in inland rural environments, stainless steel A4 for indoor, outdoor, and industrial use, HCR for especially demanding corrosion conditions.
