It features a highly adhesive and durable polyacrylate adhesive, along with a high-quality olefin film backing that allows water vapor to pass through for sealing structural joints.

Sitko Wind wind barrier tape is a vapor-permeable, waterproof sealing tape for sealing and joining wind barrier membranes and wind barrier boards. The tape is also used as an exterior seal around windows and other building joints, as well as at the joints of vapor-permeable roofing underlays and wind barriers.
The tape uses a polyacrylate adhesive with excellent bonding performance and aging resistance, supported by a high-quality pressure-spun, water-vapor-permeable olefin film.
