Neutral, one-component sanitary silicone is an elastic, mold- and moisture-resistant sealant with good UV resistance, adhesion, and aging resistance. Suitable for construction, glazing, and expansion joints, as well as for sealing ventilation systems, cold rooms, and containers. Easy to apply, permanently elastic, MEKO-free, but not paintable and not suitable for natural stone. Use in well-ventilated areas throughout the entire curing time.

Neutral, elastic, one-component, silicone-based sealant. Very good resistance to moisture and mold. Very good adhesion to many materials. Very good aging resistance.

Applications
 

All standard building joints with high movement
Glazing and joint sealing work
Expansion joints between various building materials
Seals between uPVC, treated wood and metal profiles, and glass
Sealing in cold rooms and container structures
Sealing of air conditioning systems


Apply the product using a manual, battery-powered, or pneumatic caulking gun. Apply the product evenly into the joint without air pockets. Smooth the joint with a spatula using a finishing solution. Avoid getting finishing solution between the joint edges and the sealant (to prevent loss of adhesion). It is important to ensure good ventilation in areas where the product is applied. Continue ventilation throughout the entire curing time.
