Adjustable base M16x150, log fastener.
Application:
Used as a compression joint for transferring vertical loads, especially in log structures where settlement allowance needs to be adjusted. Typically installed between wooden parts, or so that the base plate is fixed to the foundation and the top plate to a wooden post or horizontal timber.
Fastening:
Fasten centrally to the wooden parts through all plate holes using 4 mm wood screws or equivalent fasteners.
