Avalon cold compress 15 x 25 cm

Disposable cold compress pack. Suitable for first aid situations; helps prevent swelling, slow bleeding, and relieve pain. For external use only.
Directions for use:
Place the cold compress pack on a table or other flat surface and press it with both hands until the liquid pouch inside breaks.
Then shake the pack vigorously. Due to the chemical reaction, the pack cools immediately.
Wrap the cold compress pack in cloth, a towel, or similar material and place it on the sore area.
The cold compress should be used for no more than 20 minutes.
