Ventilated premium safety helmet with an exceptionally roomy fit and an extra-long multi-point harness system. This model offers excellent fit, protection, durability, and easy accessory compatibility. It can be adjusted easily with one hand. The padding features a quick-snap Click-In design, making hygiene maintenance and helmet upkeep cost-effective.

This MAX version is designed for users with a larger-than-average head size, as well as for users who want to wear thicker winter headwear or helmet liners under the helmet.
Suitable for head circumferences of 60–66 cm, with additional adjustment for height and neck angle (for comparison, the standard Zenith X Air fits 52–63 cm).

Designed for industry, construction, rescue use, etc. Suitable for physically demanding work where heat buildup can occur.

Various eye and face protection accessories can be attached to the helmet quickly with a simple click thanks to the EasyClick quick-attachment system. Slot for attaching a name tag or headlamp without a band. Integrated easy-to-use side clips for attaching a headlamp with a headband. The rear clips include an extra groove for carrying corded earplugs within easy reach and ready for use. Side slots for earmuffs. On the inside rear, there are attachment points for various neck protectors, and on the outside, a label is pre-installed for the user’s name and phone number.

The outer shell is made of HD polypropylene, making it lightweight, while the material stands out for its shock-absorbing properties—especially in colder temperatures. The shell is also more wear-resistant than conventional materials and easier to clean.

Inner honeycomb structure material: Neopor Ccycled EPS; expanded HD polystyrene made from chemically recycled plastic waste. Reduces carbon footprint by approx. 90% compared to standard Neopor EPS material. Provides a premium level of protection and better shock absorption than suspension-type helmets.
The internal structure protects the head with D-Core dual-material technology: The high-density upper section provides protection especially against top impacts. The low-density lower section against the head provides comprehensive protection from impacts coming from other directions. This level of protection cannot be achieved, for example, with helmets based on suspension structures. Minimizing the contact areas against the head, along with air channels between the honeycomb and shell, improves comfort.

The harness system keeps the helmet securely on the head even in difficult working positions. Thanks to the extensive harness adjustments, it offers good compatibility with hearing protection. In the chin area, there is an eco-leather, hypoallergenic, washable protector that provides exceptional comfort and helps prevent skin irritation. Shape-adaptive adjustment allows the headband to conform perfectly to the shape of the head around the neck area. The chin strap features a Ring To Hook loop that allows the helmet to be attached to workwear or a gear bag when not being worn. The padding is made of DRY+ material, with antibacterial silver ion treatment to help keep the helmet fresher. It efficiently wicks away moisture for all-day comfort and dries very quickly.

The orange color of the chin strap buckle indicates that this model has been tested to protect the head according to the following test methods:

All Kask helmets also protect against brain injuries caused by rotational impacts in accordance with the Rotational Impact WG11 test methods based on the ECE 22.06 standard. The helmets are tested, among other things, for impacts hitting the helmet from different angles. Kask has defined pass/fail criteria based on the general BrIC - Brain Injury Criterion value. The risk of brain injury increases when the BrIC value exceeds 0.68. A lower number corresponds to a lower risk of injury. All Kask helmets have a BrIC value below 0.39.
