Ventilated premium work helmet with an extra-roomy fit and an exceptionally long multi-point harness. A model that offers excellent fit, protection, durability, and easy attachment of accessories. Adjustment is easy with one hand. The padding features a quick-snap Click-In design, making hygiene maintenance and helmet upkeep cost-effective.

This MAX version is designed for users with a larger-than-average head size, as well as for users who want to wear thicker winter headwear or helmet liners under the helmet.
Suitable for head circumferences of 60–66 cm, with additional adjustment for height and rear angle fit (for comparison, the standard Zenith X Air fits 52–63 cm).

Designed for industry, construction, rescue use, etc. Also suitable for physically demanding work where heat can build up.

A wide range of eye and face protection can be quickly attached to the helmet thanks to the snap-on EasyClick quick-mount system. Attachment slot for a name tag or headlamp without a strap. Integrated user-friendly side clips for attaching a headlamp with a headband. The rear clips include an extra groove for carrying corded earplugs within easy reach and ready for use. Side slots for earmuffs. Inside the rear section there are attachment points for various neck protectors, and on the outside there is a pre-installed label for the user’s name and phone number.

The outer shell is made of HD polypropylene, making it lightweight while delivering excellent impact absorption properties, especially in colder temperatures. The shell is also more wear-resistant than conventional materials and easier to clean.

Inner cellular structure material: Neopor Ccycled EPS; expanded HD polystyrene made from chemically recycled plastic waste. Reduces the carbon footprint by approx. 90% compared to standard Neopor EPS material. Provides a premium level of protection and better impact absorption than harness-based helmets.
The inner structure protects the head using D-Core dual-material technology: The high-density upper section provides protection especially against impacts from above. The low-density material in the lower section against the head provides comprehensive protection against impacts from other directions. A comparable level of protection cannot be achieved with helmets based on harness structures, for example. Minimizing the contact areas against the head, along with air channels between the liner and shell, improves wearing comfort.

The harness keeps the helmet securely on the head even in difficult working positions. Thanks to the wide adjustment range of the harness, it offers good compatibility with hearing protection. At the chin area there is an eco-leather, hypoallergenic, washable pad that provides exceptional comfort and helps prevent skin irritation. Shape-adaptive adjustment allows the headband to conform perfectly to the shape of the head around the neck area. The chin strap features a Ring To Hook loop, allowing the helmet to be attached to workwear or a gear bag when not being worn. The pads are made of DRY+ material with antibacterial silver ion treatment to keep the helmet fresher. It efficiently wicks away moisture for all-day comfort and dries very quickly.

The orange chin strap buckle color indicates that this model has been tested to protect the head according to the following test methods:

All Kask helmets also protect against brain injuries caused by rotational impacts in accordance with the Rotational Impact WG11 test methods based on the ECE 22.06 standard. The helmets are tested for impacts hitting the helmet from different angles, among other things. Kask has defined a pass/fail criterion based on the BrIC (Brain Injury Criterion) value. The risk of brain injury increases when the BrIC value exceeds 0.68. A lower number corresponds to a lower risk of injury. All Kask helmets have a BrIC value below 0.39.
