Ventilated premium work helmet with an extra-roomy fit and an extra-long multi-point suspension system. A model that offers excellent fit, protection, durability, and easy compatibility with accessories. It can be adjusted easily with one hand. The padding features a quick-snap Click-In design, making hygiene maintenance and helmet upkeep cost-effective.
This MAX version is designed for users with larger-than-average head sizes, as well as for those who want to wear thicker winter headwear or helmet liners under the helmet.
Suitable for head circumferences of 60–66 cm, with additional adjustment for height and neck angle (for comparison, the standard Zenith X Air fits 52–63 cm).
Designed for industry, construction, rescue use, etc. Also suitable for physically demanding work where heat buildup can be an issue.
A wide range of eye and face protection can be quickly attached to the helmet with a simple click thanks to the EasyClick quick-mount system. Attachment slot for a name tag or headlamp without a strap. Integrated easy-to-use side clips for attaching a headlamp with a headband. The rear clips include an extra slot for carrying corded earplugs within easy reach and ready to use. Side slots for earmuffs. Inside the rear section there are attachment points for various neck protectors, and on the outside there is a pre-installed label for the user’s name and phone number.
The outer shell is made of HD polypropylene, making it lightweight while delivering outstanding impact absorption properties, especially in colder temperatures. The shell is also more wear-resistant than conventional materials and easier to clean.
Material of the inner cellular structure: Neopor Ccycled EPS; expanded HD polystyrene made from chemically recycled plastic waste. Reduces the carbon footprint by approx. 90% compared to standard Neopor EPS material. Provides a premium level of protection and better impact absorption than strap-suspension helmets.
The internal structure protects the head with D-Core dual-material technology: The high-density upper section protects especially against top impacts. The low-density material in the lower section against the head provides broad protection from impacts coming from other directions. A similar level of protection cannot be achieved with helmets based on strap suspension, for example. Minimizing the areas in contact with the head, along with air channels between the cellular structure and the shell, improves wearing comfort.
The suspension system keeps the helmet securely on the head even in difficult working positions. Thanks to the wide adjustment range of the suspension system, it offers good compatibility with hearing protection. The chin area features an eco-leather, hypoallergenic, washable pad that provides exceptional comfort and helps prevent skin irritation. The adjustment system adapts to the shape of the head, allowing the headband to conform perfectly around the neck area. The chin strap includes a Ring To Hook loop that allows the helmet to be attached to workwear or a gear bag when not being worn. The padding is made of DRY+ material with antibacterial silver-ion treatment to help keep the helmet fresher. It efficiently wicks away moisture for comfort throughout the workday and dries very quickly.
The orange chin strap buckle indicates that this model has been tested to protect the head according to the following test methods:

All Kask helmets also protect against traumatic brain injuries caused by rotational impacts, in accordance with the Rotational Impact WG11 test methods based on the ECE 22.06 standard. The helmets are tested for impacts hitting the helmet from various angles. Kask has defined a pass/fail criterion based on the widely used BrIC – Brain Injury Criterion value. The risk of brain injury increases when the BrIC value exceeds 0.68. A lower figure indicates a lower risk of injury. All Kask helmets have a BrIC value below 0.39.
