Ventilated premium work helmet with a very spacious fit and an extra-long multi-point harness. This model offers excellent fit, protection, durability, and easy attachment of accessories. Adjustment is easy with one hand. The padding features a quick-snap Click-In design, making hygiene maintenance and helmet upkeep cost-effective.

This MAX version is designed for users with a larger-than-average head size, as well as for users who want to wear thicker-than-normal winter headwear or helmet liners under the helmet.
Suitable for head circumferences of 60–66 cm, with additional adjustment for height and rear angle fit (for comparison, the standard Zenith X Air fits 52–63 cm).

Designed for industry, construction, rescue use, etc. Also suitable for physically demanding work where things can heat up.

Various eye and face protection accessories can be attached to the helmet quickly with a simple click thanks to the EasyClick quick-attachment system. Attachment slot for a name badge or headlamp without a strap. Integrated easy-to-use side clips for attaching a headlamp with a headband. Rear attachment points include an extra groove for carrying corded earplugs so they are easy to access and ready to use. Side slots for earmuffs. Inside the rear section there are attachment points for various neck protectors, and on the outside there is a pre-installed label for the user’s name and phone number.

The outer shell is made of HD polypropylene, making it lightweight, while the material delivers excellent impact absorption properties—especially in colder temperatures. The shell is also more wear-resistant than conventional materials and easier to clean.

Inner cellular structure material: Neopor Ccycled EPS; expanded HD polystyrene made from chemically recycled plastic waste. Reduces the carbon footprint by approx. 90% compared to standard Neopor EPS material. Provides a premium level of protection and better impact absorption than harness-style helmets.
The internal structure protects the head using D-Core dual-material technology: The high-density upper section provides protection especially against impacts from above. The low-density material in the lower section against the head provides comprehensive protection against impacts from other directions. A similar level of protection cannot be achieved with helmets based on a strap suspension system. Minimizing the areas in contact with the head, together with air channels between the liner and the shell, improves wearing comfort.

The harness keeps the helmet securely on the head even in challenging working positions. Thanks to the wide adjustment range of the harness, it offers good compatibility with hearing protection. In the chin area there is an eco-leather, hypoallergenic, washable protector that provides exceptional comfort and helps prevent skin irritation. The fit adapts to the shape of the head, allowing the headband to conform perfectly around the neck area. The chin strap features a Ring To Hook loop, allowing the helmet to be attached to workwear or a gear bag when not being worn. The pads are made of DRY+ material, with antibacterial silver-ion treatment to keep the helmet fresher. It efficiently wicks moisture for comfort throughout the workday and dries very quickly.

The orange color of the chin strap buckle indicates that this model has been tested to protect the head according to the following test methods:
Mandatory requirements of EN 397:
5.1.1. Shock absorption from impact caused by a falling single object (5 kg from a height of 1 m)

All Kask helmets also provide protection against brain injuries caused by rotational impacts, according to Rotational Impact WG11 test methods based on the ECE 22.06 standard. The helmets are tested for impacts on the helmet from different angles, among other things. Kask has defined a pass/fail criterion based on the general BrIC - Brain Injury Criterion value. The risk of brain injury increases when the “BrIC” value exceeds the limit of 0.68. A lower number corresponds to a lower risk of injury. All Kask helmets have a BrIC value below 0.39.
