Nevercold hand warmer

Nevercold hand warmers are used inside gloves as a comfortable and effective extra source of warmth. The warmer can be placed anywhere inside the glove to warm, for example, the palm or fingertips.

Nevercold hand warmers can also be used for many other purposes when needed, such as keeping the batteries of a mobile phone, camera, or other electronic device warm in freezing conditions.

The hand warmers are small, cushion-like pouches made of porous material and filled with a mixture of vermiculite, iron powder, wood powder, activated charcoal, and salt. When the retail package surrounding the pouch is opened, the mixture begins to react with the air, generating heat. The reaction continues on its own for 10 hours. Heat generation can be paused by placing the pouch in an oxygen-free environment, such as an airtight zip bag, allowing the warmer to be used again later.
