Petzl VIZIR SHADOW visor EasyClip gray (Vertex/Strato)

Quick-release tinted eye shield for Petzl Strato and Petzl Vertex New work helmets (manufactured from 04/2019 onward). Includes EasyClip quick-attachment studs that replace the black standard inserts on the sides of the helmet. Removal is tool-free and done simply by pressing the buttons. Provides excellent protection against harmful sunlight and mechanical hazards, while reducing glare that can interfere with work efficiency. Suitable for construction work, grinding, metal industry applications, arborists, work at height, etc. The outer surface features a highly effective anti-scratch coating, and the inner surface has an anti-fog coating. High-quality, durable Class 1 optics made by Bollé Safety allow the visor to be worn continuously for extended periods without straining the eyes. The clear lens and curved design provide a wide field of vision. Also offers good compatibility with GVS Low Profile series half-mask respirators. Two positions: raised onto the helmet for transport and lowered in front of the eyes for working. Weight 80 g. Meets the requirements of CE EN 166 Class 1 type BT (protection against high-speed flying particles: energy class B = impact speed 120 m/s, including at extreme temperatures), as well as EN172 5-2.5. Vizir Shadow can be equipped with the optional Protector cover (product code A015CA00). The Protector helps protect the optics of the Vizir Shadow visor from scratches and allows a headlamp to be attached directly to the cover, enabling use of the lamp while moving the visor up and down. It is also possible to move the visor up and down while using a lamp by attaching the lamp directly to the helmet with the PixAdapt helmet mounting plate E78005 (Petzl Pixa series), Pro Adapt helmet mounting plate E80004 (Petzl Duo series), Adapt Kit Tikka helmet mounting plate E80004 (Tikka series), or FrontClick Helmet Mount Set helmet mounting plate i1082 (Lupine Neo, Piko, Blika, and Alpha lights with FrontClick quick-mount plate).
