Sundström SR 200 Airline with PC visor

The SR 200 Airline system consists of the SR 200 full face mask, a compressed air supply hose, a control valve, and a belt to which the valve is attached. Compressed air is directed from the control valve through the hose straight into the full face mask covering the user's face. The airflow can be adjusted according to the task and user needs within a range of 150–320 l/min, and the supply pressure must be 5–7 bar.

The control valve is equipped with both a flow meter and a warning whistle, which continuously monitor the airflow and provide an immediate alert if the air supply is insufficient.
A standard Sundström filter can be used in the mask as a backup system in situations where it is necessary to disconnect from the compressed air network, for example if the air supply is interrupted. This provides added safety, especially in work environments where hazardous contaminants are present.

The SR 200 Airline is also suitable for use in explosive and flammable environments. The operating temperature range of the equipment is –10 to +55 °C, with relative humidity below 90%.
