Zekler 412RDBH electronic hearing protector with radio and Bluetooth, helmet-mounted

Zekler 412RDBH is a comfortable helmet-mounted hearing protector with built-in FM stereo radio, ambient sound level-dependent function, and wireless Bluetooth® technology for phone use or music playback. Music streaming is interrupted and the FM radio is muted when there is an incoming call, but the level-dependent function remains active for safety reasons. Good attenuation of low, high, and mid frequencies. Prepared for fork-type helmet mounting, with wide sealing rings that improve comfort by keeping headband pressure evenly distributed. The helmet adapter is prepared for installation of Zekler’s visor system.

Wireless Bluetooth® connection for, for example, a mobile phone, laptop, or iPad. Boom microphone with highly effective noise cancellation for clear, crisp communication even in very noisy environments. The Side Tone function lets you hear your own voice clearly and distinctly, making it easier to speak at a normal voice level even in noisy surroundings. The Adaptive Volume Control function automatically adjusts incoming call volume based on the surrounding noise level.

FM stereo radio 88–108 MHz with sound level limitation (82 dB(A)). The Automatic Frequency Control (AFC) function reduces noise between channels during station search and locks onto the selected station so it remains stable even in poor reception conditions. Automatic stereo/mono switching stabilizes the sound field according to reception conditions. The ambient sound level-dependent system, Level Dependent System, amplifies weak sounds and allows surrounding sounds to be heard while the ears remain effectively protected against strong sudden noises. Attenuation level: Level 2.

3.5 mm input jack. Includes cable with 2 x 3.5 mm stereo plugs. Mounts to a safety helmet. The helmet adapter is prepared for installation of Zekler’s visor system. Wide, comfortable, and easy-to-replace sealing rings. Range: 10 m to the connected Bluetooth® device. Includes 2 x 1.5 V AA batteries. Rechargeable batteries (HR6 2100 mAh) and charger available as accessories. Charging time approx. 3 hours from a wall outlet and 8 hours via USB connection. Operating time up to 23 hours when all functions are used. Operating time up to 56 hours when FM and ambient sound level-dependent function are in use. Operating time up to 62 hours when Bluetooth and ambient sound level-dependent function are in use. Battery saver/power-saving function automatically turns the unit off if no functions have been used for 6 hours.
