Reporting misconduct and suspected misconduct is done through the Whistleblowing reporting channel. If you suspect or become aware of an issue or behavior related to ProMart that is illegal or not in line with ProMart’s values or code of conduct, it is important to report it.

Common examples of concerns that should be reported include:

  • Human rights violations
  • Corruption and bribery
  • Fraud and theft
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Illegal cooperation with competitors
  • Treatment that violates the code of conduct, such as discrimination and harassment
  • Data protection breaches
  • Accounting violations
  • Violations of environmental legislation
  • Money laundering
It is recommended that you first contact your supervisor if you are employed by ProMart, or your contact person if you belong to an external stakeholder group. You do not need to have solid evidence of misconduct before making a report, but reports must be made honestly and in good faith.
