The 5.0 Ah Li-HighPower battery is a truly versatile solution for all tools and applications. Thanks to its innovative Li-HighPower cell technology, it now delivers even more power: especially in our latest-generation saws and the HLC 82 cordless planer, it provides up to 50% better performance than a standard 5.0 Ah battery. This powerful all-around solution supports your work with excellent performance and long runtime. That’s made possible by the seamless interaction between the high-performance battery and the brushless EC-TEC motors. The versatile battery also impresses when it comes to charging: thanks to the AIRSTREAM technology of the SCA 16 AIRSTREAM rapid charger, the battery is actively cooled before and during charging, allowing it to be fully charged extremely quickly. The battery with Bluetooth® automatically starts a connected mobile dust extractor when the cordless tool is switched on—and also provides exact charge status and usage data, such as temperature or charge cycles, via the Festool app. As you would expect, it is of course covered by the comprehensive Festool Service warranty.
