Festool plunge point indicator FS-EP TS/TSC55

We know: precisely determining the plunge-cut position is challenging—especially at shallower cutting depths when no reference points are available. It is often necessary to make multiple plunge cuts or even dangerous backward cuts. With the plunge position indicator, you can guide the saw reliably to the exact entry and exit points of the saw blade at any cutting depth. Simply insert it from above into the groove of the guide rail and lock it in place. Then adjust the marker scale according to the depth setting of your plunge-cut saw, align it with the marked line, and make your cuts with pinpoint accuracy. The indicator can also be attached magnetically to the right or left side of the support plate. This allows you to cut accurately even close to a wall, even when the saw blade is difficult to see or not visible at all.
