This versatile HEPA dust extractor is compact and easy to transport, yet still powerful. It is designed for use with, among other things, larger handheld power tools, floor and handheld grinders, and shot blasters. Its performance and robust construction make the DE 120 ideal for demanding, heavy-duty use. It features a user-friendly interface and an e-flow function that automatically adjusts airflow while also ensuring longer runtime. Efficiency is further improved by smart details such as lifting hooks and features that allow hoses, cables, wands, and floor tools to be attached to the machine. The DE120’s high water resistance allows quick and efficient cleaning. The vacuum also includes built-in functions that let you quickly monitor location, service, filter status, and other valuable usage data.
Safety
The DE 120 meets the latest H-class requirements for heavy-duty dust extraction. It also features HEPA H13 filters in accordance with EN1822, as well as a cover for efficient and safe filter replacement. The HEPA filters are separated from the pre-filter, and the opening mechanism requires an Allen key, preventing accidental opening. HEPA filter monitoring prevents the machine from starting without a HEPA filter and also checks filter status during operation. An integrated filter alarm with hose diameter adjustment indicates when the filter needs servicing. A highly efficient cleaning mechanism enables filter cleaning—just close the inlet and press the button. The pre-filter is made of durable polyester. It withstands moisture more effectively, can be washed to avoid airborne dust, and lasts longer than paper filters.
The redesigned easy-to-use Longopac® bag cassette mounting system and V-shaped base make installation easy and handling safe. Thanks to a special cover, dust also does not accumulate in folds. The interface provides early service warnings and on-site troubleshooting support, while ensuring that the user’s dust protection remains at the expected level. The cost-effective dust bag system and long filter service life help keep overall operating costs low.
The hoses feature a dust cover, and an antistatic hose and hose bag are available as accessories. These reduce dust exposure and improve jobsite safety. The hose is easy to connect with one hand and disconnect by pressing a button. The hose inlet has a fixed cover that seals the inlet during transport, filter cleaning, and dust bag changes.
Transport
You can transport the dust extractor like a trolley on two wheels or push it on all four wheels. Steering is easy in both cases. The machine’s flat-shaped top provides extra storage space during transport. Wheel locks keep the machine in place during use and transport.
Husqvarna Fleet Services™
When the machine or battery is within wireless range of the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app, its location is recorded. When looking for a machine, you can first check the map to see whether it is in storage, in service, in use, or on-site. Fleet Services™ includes service history and notifications. It tracks operating hours and allows you to set custom service alerts. With predictive maintenance in the Fleet Services app, HEPA filter replacement can be planned in advance. Convenient wireless firmware updates ensure the machine has the latest system software. You can also view the operating log in the Fleet Services app.
