Original beechwood Lamello biscuits. Swiss quality. (SwissHolz) The biscuit is made from solid wood by stamping (pressing). This creates the desired surface pattern. The grain direction runs diagonally through the biscuit to provide the joint with maximum possible breaking strength. Lamello biscuits are manufactured through a carefully controlled process. The raw material is selected with care, the timber is sawn and inspected, drying is carried out gently, the blank is cut to the correct size, and the stamping process is monitored to ensure the best possible biscuit for the user.
