Makita DC40RC Charger 40V XGT is a charger for 40V XGT® batteries. A fan cools the battery separately, enabling faster charging. It charges the battery optimally by taking its voltage, current, and temperature into account. Charges the battery fully in 30–85 minutes depending on battery capacity.
Large, clear indicator lights show the different charging stages, and once charging is complete, the device also signals it with a melody. The charger can also be mounted on a wall.
An ADP10 adapter is available as an accessory, allowing the charger to also be used for charging 18V LXT® batteries.
