The unique X-Lock disc change system makes changing discs fast and safe. Simply press the disc into place and it locks securely. The disc can be removed quickly and easily by turning the lever. Grinding in tight spaces is also easier, as the disc nut does not get in the way.
The machine is equipped with a brushless motor, offering not only high power and lower power consumption, but also compact size and long service life. Automatic speed control adjusts the RPM according to the application. When the machine is under heavy load, the speed drops to a level that the electronic control unit can maintain steadily under load. In an overload situation, the tool stops automatically. The machine’s LED light turns green when automatic speed control has been activated under heavy load. A red LED light indicates an overload condition when the tool has stopped and needs to be restarted.
