Grease gun for industrial maintenance, servicing agricultural machinery, heavy equipment maintenance, and many other applications.
The high maximum working pressure of 690 bar (10,000 psi) also easily opens clogged grease fittings. Feed rate is 145 ml/min on the low setting and up to 290 ml/min on the automatic setting. The automatic mode adjusts the feed rate according to the load, speeding up work especially on larger jobs. Variable speed control is also available directly from the trigger switch. The trigger switch can be locked in the on or off position.
With a 6.0 Ah battery, capacity is up to 40 cartridges per charge without back pressure. With 600 bar back pressure, capacity is 5 cartridges per charge. Suitable for use with 400 g cartridges or bulk grease (455 g). Bulk grease can be pumped into the unit through a separate connection (NPT 1/8-27 thread) or drawn directly into the removable cartridge barrel.
The LED light makes working in low-light conditions easier. The work light is switched on with a separate button and stays lit for about one minute after work has stopped.
Standard equipment includes a 120 cm hose (mounting thread M12x1.0 mm, nozzle thread NPT 1/8-27). There is also a holder for the hose on the machine body, keeping the hose end protected from dirt and preventing mess. The included shoulder strap makes it easier to use while moving around. Supplied as a body-only version without battery or charger. Also available as a kit version in a case under model DGP180RT.
