Makita DHR281Z rotary hammer 2x18V body

DHR281 is a powerful rotary hammer powered by 36V (2 x 18V LXT® batteries), designed for professional use. With the included quick-change chuck, the machine can also be used with cylindrical-shank metal and wood drill bits. Its long-lasting, energy-efficient brushless motor delivers up to 2.8 J of impact energy, and the variable speed control allows the RPM to be adjusted to suit different tasks. The machine has 3 operating modes: hammer drilling, drilling without impact, and chiseling, for example for tile removal. The rotary hammer is compatible with SDS-PLUS bits, which are easy and quick to change thanks to the chuck’s quick-lock mechanism. Makita XPT technology provides effective protection against water and dust, even in the toughest conditions. Maximum drilling capacity in concrete is 28 mm, with a recommended bit size of 10–18 mm.

Thanks to AVT vibration reduction technology, working is extremely comfortable for the user. Two LED lights illuminate the work area, making it possible to work even in low light. The depth stop located on the side of the machine ensures holes are drilled to exactly the desired depth.

An attachable dust extraction unit equipped with a HEPA filter is available as an accessory. It allows most of the dust generated during drilling to be collected in an easy-to-empty container.
