This cordless backpack vacuum is an excellent work companion for professionals cleaning stairwells, trains, airplanes, or movie theaters, for example. There is no cord to drag behind you, and it moves conveniently with you in tight and difficult cleaning areas.
Developed for Makita's XGT® 40V Max battery system, the VC008GZ backpack vacuum features a compact design and excellent ergonomics thanks to its sturdy harness and hip belt, making it a great helper on the jobsite. Its highly efficient brushless motor is completely maintenance-free and delivers suction power comparable to similar corded machines. Four different power levels can be selected to suit the application.
Runtime is 14–116 minutes with a 5 Ah XGT® battery, depending on the suction power used. The dust container capacity is 2 liters, and a fleece dust bag is recommended to make emptying the container easier. The machine comes standard with an easy-to-clean HEPA 13-class filter.
The machine includes a 32 mm diameter suction hose, telescopic extension tube, dual-purpose floor nozzle (with/without brush), and a narrow crevice nozzle.
