Familiarc DW-A50 is a rutile flux-cored wire designed for welding with an Ar/CO2 shielding gas mixture. It can be welded in all positions and delivers a smooth, stable arc, excellent bead shape and surface quality, and very low spatter. The slag is easy to remove and fume levels are low. Root passes welded with a ceramic backing provide excellent results. The wire is suitable for welding unalloyed and medium-strength carbon-manganese structural steels.
