Wameta TIG AC/DC 205 eLCD is an advanced, state-of-the-art TIG / stick welding inverter that offers versatile adjustments for easier operation. The machine operates on a single-phase 230 V supply voltage. It can be used for TIG welding aluminum with alternating current (AC), as well as structural steel, stainless steel, titanium, copper, nickel, and magnesium alloys with direct current (DC) or alternating current (AC). The pulse ratio of the AC function can be adjusted in many ways, and either a sine wave or square wave can be selected as the waveform. In TIG mode, the unit features an adjustable pulse function, high-frequency ignition (HF) or lift ignition (LIFT), and settings for gas pre-flow and post-flow time, current balance, and upslope and downslope times. The advanced background current function maintains uninterrupted current flow, allowing filler material changes or enabling setting adjustments and changes in working position. In stick welding, welding is made easier by an adjustable ignition current pulse and adjustable arc force. The anti-stick function prevents the electrode from sticking. The unit is manufactured in accordance with EN 60974-1 and EN-50199 standards and also complies with the requirements of EEC Directives 83/336 (EMC) and 73/23.
