A miter saw for demanding professionals in the XGT 40V system and heavy-duty use on construction sites. The 70 x 312 mm cutting capacity is sufficient for nearly all cutting tasks required on site. The blade tilts left and right. An efficient work light casts the blade’s shadow onto the workpiece for extremely easy and precise cutting. Highly effective dust extraction when connected to a vacuum. The Makita AWS system enables remote vacuum start-up. Bare tool version without battery or charger.
Equipped with a 45-tooth Makita Efficut blade, size 216 mm. The unique Efficut blade design reduces friction, removes chips more efficiently, delivers a cleaner cut, and cuts faster. The saw table has integrated extensions that increase the table width by 20 cm when pulled out. The machine can be tilted left or right with a quick setting to 45°, or up to 48° using a separate button. Bevel adjustment is conveniently operated from the front of the machine. Very efficient dust extraction from the rear of the machine as well as from the blade housing when connected to a vacuum. Soft start adds operating comfort. The electric brake stops the blade quickly and safely. Electronic constant speed control keeps the RPM steady even under load.
